By visiting our website or requesting a quote, scheduling an installation, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Perma Lighting provides two distinct services:

• Permanent Outdoor LED Lighting — Year-round architectural LED lighting professionally installed in color-matched tracks and controlled through a smartphone app.
• Christmas / Holiday Light Installation — Seasonal custom lighting design, professional installation, full-season maintenance, removal, and optional storage.

All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing, scope of work, and scheduling are confirmed during your professional consultation and any signed service agreement.

Quote requests submitted through our website, by phone, or by email are provided free of charge and without obligation to purchase. Estimates are based on the details available at the time of the request and may change after an on-site assessment. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on site conditions, product availability, and the final agreed-upon scope of work.

Installation dates are subject to availability and weather conditions. Holiday lighting demand is seasonal, and installation slots fill quickly. While we make every effort to honor requested dates, weather delays or other unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. We will communicate any changes as promptly as possible.

Payment terms, deposits, and accepted payment methods will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are required to reserve seasonal installation dates and may be non-refundable. Final balances are due according to the terms agreed upon before installation begins.

Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the terms in your signed service agreement or invoice. If you wish to cancel or reschedule a scheduled installation, please contact us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to retain deposits or charge fees for work already performed, materials ordered, or time reserved on our schedule.

We stand behind our workmanship. Warranty coverage, including seasonal maintenance, repairs, and product warranties, will be specified in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by severe weather, acts of nature, third-party modifications, or improper use of the installed lighting system after installation.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the site or transmit viruses or harmful code
• Scrape, copy, or misuse content without our permission

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs, and graphics — is the property of Perma Lighting & Christmas Light Installation LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
